About Alexandra

My Story

My path into mindfulness didn’t begin on a cushion. It began in the midst of heartbreak.

When I was 19, I lost my dad suddenly and tragically. That loss shattered the ground beneath me. I was overwhelmed by grief, anxiety, and a deep uncertainty about how to be in the world anymore. I tried therapy, but often left sessions feeling more fragile than whole.

What slowly began to help was learning how to pause.

Through DBT and mindfulness, I found practices that helped me stay with myself in the hard moments, breath by breath. I learned to ground myself in the present, soften my inner voice, and create space between reactivity and response. That space became sacred—it gave me access to choice, to self-trust, to healing.

It wasn’t until I discovered Life Balance Strategy that everything started to settle and deepen. This approach gave me more than just a sense of balance—it helped me live in true alignment with my values, feel empowered, and embrace the reality of where I was. It opened the door to making decisions rooted in clarity instead of fear. Most importantly, it showed me how to honor both my desires and my boundaries, moving forward in life without losing myself along the way.

“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.” — Viktor Frankl

That space—that mindful pause, supported by structure and strategy—is at the heart of my healing. And it’s now the heart of the work I offer to others.

I had the chance to share more about my path and the heart behind my work in a recent ShoutoutLA interview.

Certified Mindfulness Teacher • Self-Compassion Guide • Life Balance Strategist

Hi, I’m Alexandra. I work with people during the tender, in-between times—when things are shifting inside, but the path forward isn’t fully clear yet.

Maybe you’re moving through grief, burnout, or a life transition. Maybe something deeper is stirring—a quiet inner knowing that it’s time for change. Together, we create a space to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.

I blend mindfulness, self-compassion, and Life Balance Strategy to help you navigate this season with more clarity, courage, and care. It’s not about fixing yourself—it’s about learning to trust yourself again, and taking one true step at a time.

What I Believe

• You don’t need to be fixed—you need to be truly seen and met.

• There’s wisdom in your pause and strength in your presence.

• Mindfulness isn’t about escaping stress or simply finding calm—it’s about deeply connecting to yourself and to life.

 • Compassion is a powerful skill you can cultivate, not a soft or optional luxury.

• When you reconnect with your true self, clarity emerges, and empowerment follows.

• You’re not alone in your struggle—being human means we all fall, and we all find our way, together.
