Life is always changing, sometimes gently, sometimes suddenly, in both your inner and outer world. Life Balance sessions provide a grounded, heart-centered space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll uncover your values, explore what feels meaningful, and create practical steps to navigate life transitions with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
I bring to every client the life balance work that changed my life. Having faced significant life changes, including trauma and grief, I know how powerful mindfulness, self-compassion, and intentional choices can be in turning challenges into clarity and alignment. This experience inspired me to train as a Life Balance Strategist, completing the 18-month program with Phillip Moffitt and Jennifer Ward and becoming fully certified.
Life Balance Strategy is a structured yet compassionate approach that helps you reconnect with your core values and move forward with empowerment, clarity, and purpose. Created by Phillip Moffitt, former CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Esquire magazine, this approach bridges mindfulness with practical strategies to make real, sustainable change.
